Places I never thought my career would take me… in front of a computer 🤣
With the rise of sports science and performance metrics, learning to code has become an unexpectedly essential skill, especially as I gear up for our trip to China with 🇺🇸.
One project that pushed my current knowledge (and AI skills 🙃) is a hydration tracking app I’m building. It’ll help us monitor water, electrolyte, and energy balance during training and matches- crucial in the hot, humid conditions we’ll face.
Safety comes first, performance second. With back-to-back games, being able to make quick, data-informed adjustments could be the difference between staying sharp or hitting the wall.
Time to hydrate… and debug 💧💻
