We are still a community, even if we can't celebrate on our Friday Nights. Although we don't know when our events can be rescheduled, we still want you to know we miss you and look forward to when we can reconnect with our amazing Colorado family. ❤️ Take care and continue your yoga practice 🙏

The most important part of Friday Night Yoga Club is our community of yogis, and with that in mind, we want to do all we can to keep our community safe. With the growing concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, we have, with a heavy heart, decided to reschedule our upcoming at Endorphin. What this means for the remainder of our season remains uncertain, but as of right now, we are still planning to see you all on April 3rd at ONE Yoga.

We will keep updating with more information as we decide what is best, but for now, we are sending you all love and hope for a safe and healthy March.

Meet Davidia! She aims to help others awaken their innate capacity for deep self healing through the practice of Yoga & Meditation. Having started her own path of healing mental and physical disconnection through yoga, she learned that instead of fighting against her body to attain perfectionism, she could work with her body by embodying love. Inspired by her own self-growth, she became a yoga instructor in order to help others explore their body’s ability for transformation and integration. Davidia’s classes weave a dynamic mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, and Pranayama to create an integrative and deep container for self exploration, expression and embodiment. 💫 Ready to flow with her?
