Born and raised in the Midwest, Claire has always lived a healthy and active lifestyle, and constantly strives to help those around her better themselves as well...whether it's in the gym, around the country, or traveling around the world. Claire began her fitness career at an early age as a classically trained dancer, and was fortunate to compete and perform at home and abroad. In high school, Claire discovered the gym and solidified her love for health and fitness. She became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness instructor and an International Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) Certified Personal Trainer in 2014, and in 2015 earned her certification as an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. She also holds a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Science, both in Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Her husband's military career has taken them from coast to coast and she's extremely grateful for those who serve- past, present, and future. Claire’s greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients discover their personal motivation to get healthy and pursue dynamic fitness goals, regardless of their experience. Her unique combination of education, certifications, and practical experience make her the Personal and Group Fitness Trainer that can help you renew yourself.
