I have not been below 210 in several years. I am very happy to see the progress. No crazy dieting, just consistent movement, good sleep, and eating like an adult 😆.
Started at 220 this summer. Had pretty bad knee pain. Got MRI and diagnosed with arthritis. I wanted to see if I could alleviate that with a little more movement. The plan worked 🙌
