🌟Senior Case Manager Spotlight: Sharon Jaynes🌟

"I was born and raised in New Mexico, proudly known as “The Land of Enchantment.” As a lifelong New Mexican, I take great pride in having provided nursing care to my fellow residents for the past 45 years. For the last six years, I’ve served as a Senior Case Manager with Professional Case Management (PCM), traveling across the state to meet and care for some of the most interesting and delightful individuals.

Much of my career has been dedicated to home care and hospice, and I truly love using my skills and experience to care for our former energy workers. We have the privilege of serving some of the best clients! They are individuals whose dedication to their work in the uranium mines and at Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories deserves our deepest appreciation.

I’ve witnessed firsthand how our team of RN case managers, skilled nurses, and personal care attendants delivers compassionate, high-quality care that enables our clients to remain in their homes with the best possible quality of life. Without a doubt, PCM has made a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and the communities we serve. It is an honor to be part of this incredible team."

🌟Senior Case Manager Spotlight: Emily Sparling🌟

"I grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia. After attending the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and The Medical College of Georgia, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004. I now live in Aiken, South Carolina, with my son, dogs and chickens! For the first 18 years of my career as a registered nurse, I worked in labor and delivery, a role I deeply loved. In early 2022, I decided to transition into home health case management with Professional Case Management (PCM).

Just four months after joining PCM, I experienced a devastating house fire that took both my home and one of my beloved dogs. My PCM colleagues rallied around me, offering support in one of the most difficult times of my life. Their kindness and generosity will always hold a special place in my heart. Later that same year, I was honored with a promotion to Senior Case Manager. The past three years with PCM have been incredibly rewarding. The South Carolina/Georgia team is outstanding. Together, we’re supportive, compassionate, and truly like family.

Although I don’t have direct ties to the Savannah River Site, working with our clients gave me deep respect for their sacrifices and service. I profoundly appreciate the dedication these patriots have shown to our country. It’s a privilege to care for them and their families"
