🌟Senior Case Manager Spotlight: Rachel Batson🌟

"I started my career in the U.S. Army as a Registered Nurse and a 2nd Lieutenant. After the Army, I became a Certified Nurse Midwife and a Family Nurse Practitioner through the University of Utah and delivered babies for the Army. I have moved around frequently, both in and out of military life. I married a soldier, John, and we have four beautiful children. I have lived all over the country, including Alaska, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Utah, New York, Kansas, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas four times, plus The Netherlands, Germany, and South Korea.

I joined PCM in 2021, and while my connections to the Savannah River Site are less personal than my peers, I do have the added connection with many clients as a veteran. I love my job. I love working with clients and their families, and mentoring case managers and staff. I love the balance of patient care and management that we get as Senior Case Managers with PCM."
