Jean, a former Rocky Flats worker, is a proud Cold War Patriots member and a client of PCM in-home care. During her patriotic career, she guided guests around the site, supported recruitment efforts, and handled various administrative duties. Her deep knowledge of the Rocky Flats Site made her a valuable resource for both military and civilian groups.

Like many former nuclear weapons and uranium workers, Jean’s health was affected by work-related exposure. Today, her PCM care team understands her condition and works closely with her to ensure comfort and peace of mind.

🌟Senior Case Manager Spotlight: Jacque Latham🌟

"I am entering my 17th year as a Professional Case Management (PCM) employee. I started as a staff nurse, moved to case management, and am currently a Senior Case Manager and back-up administrator for the Monticello, Utah PCM Office. Our area is one of the widest and most rural. I have been blessed to grow up in the Monticello area, to have gone to school, and to have played several sports with many of our clients’ children and grandchildren. Our clients and their families are just an extension of my family.

Five of my family members were PCM clients before I joined this amazing company. As a family member, I saw firsthand the beautiful values PCM stands for and continues to implement today. The staff nurses on our team also have many years of longevity with PCM. This has built a solid, constant foundation of trust and dedication with our clients, their families, and my whole PCM team. I am so thankful to care for these wonderful clients and work with such a beautiful, strong team."
