Through this journey I have had and will continue to have tough times but please excuse me while I celebrate this chapter of change. I have worked, cried, fought hard to get here. It’s only been by Gods grace that I have come this far and I know I am walking into Gods blessings.
I am grateful for it all.

- I’ll most likely will never read your resume.
- I started doing combination treatments when NO ONE was doing them. In fact I have had blogs written about me and hating on me but now they copy.
- I miss those business cards 😂
- I will spoil my employees (always)
- My women’s events are my favorite time of year
- those damn headbands will forever be my biggest lesson lol 🤣

In honor of here are just a few products that I love for darker skin tones especially if you suffer from acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

I love mandelic acid it’s gentle yet exfoliating on the skin. Helps lighten pigmentation (dark spots) and also help control acne.

Mandelic wash and mandelic serum from Vivant works great!

Most of think that the sun ☀️ or sun beds are the things that age us faster but it’s true, getting little to no sleep continuously will start to age you even faster.

Here are some tips 👇🏽to help you at night 🌙

1. If you’re a side sleeper, invest in the “Anti-aging pillow” on Amazon $99 it helps prevent you turning on your side.

2. Silk pillow. If you are a side sleeper, this pillow case helps not only with your hair but also your skin. Less tugging on the face. A lot more gentle as you toss and turn.

3. B**b Pillow Yep there is a breast pillow to help from smashing through the night and helps prevent chest wrinkles this is also found on Amazon.

4. Mouth taping- although controversial studies show that taping your mouth at night helps you get better rest.

5. Magnesium Supplements- a lot of us are in need of magnesium and this has been linked to help you rest better at night. (Consult with your doctor to find one that’s best for you)

6. Exercise. Having a good workout in your day helps you sleep better at night. 🏋️‍♀️

Remember your skin and your body repairs at night so getting good sleep is so important for your mental and physical health. 🌕
