Staci brings years of hands-on experience in addiction treatment, community outreach, and client advocacy. She began her career on the front lines as a behavioral health technician in detox and residential care, which inspired her to pursue formal education and certification in addiction counseling.

With a deep understanding of both clinical care and the real-world barriers people face when seeking help, Staci is passionate about making care more accessible, supporting referral partners, and helping those struggling navigate the recovery process with confidence.

As a professional in long-term recovery herself, Staci leads with empathy, authenticity, and hope, helping create pathways to recovery that extend well beyond treatment alone.
