The launch of Springpoint's "intern spotlight" series features one of our very own!
We’re kicking off our “Intern Spotlight” series with Olivia Qian, a Master of Management in Hospitality candidate at Cornell University.
Olivia jumped right into action with the marketing team at The Oaks at Denville, a Springpoint Life Plan Community. One of her first major projects was to help plan and execute a community-wide celebration to relaunch Springpoint’s resident referral program. The purple-themed event was a hit—residents and team members alike embraced the creativity and fun, bringing extra energy to the effort of welcoming future friends and neighbors.
Olivia is inspired by The Oaks’ commitment to fostering a warm, supportive environment where older adults can thrive. She’s eager to grow her digital marketing expertise and looks forward to building meaningful connections throughout this exciting internship journey.
Her experience is part of our Tomorrow’s Leaders program—an initiative supported by the Springpoint Foundation which empowers the next generation of senior living professionals through hands-on learning, mentorship, and a sense of mission-driven impact.
