Many people consider healthy food to be bad in taste when in reality, it is versatile and diverse. Especially when it comes to snacks, you have TONS of options to choose from. What may usually feel like cheating on your diet, is actually consuming a fulfilling snack that gives your body viable nutrients. Foods like fruits, peanut butter, dark chocolate, avocados, and nuts, are the best healthy foods one can snack on, without having to cook!

Many people think that the type of food determines your progress. The truth however is that it is primarily the quantity of food that does so. For instance, a meal of beef, rice, and vegetables can be both a muscle-building & a fat- shredding meal. That means you‘ll simply add/reduce food, depending on the goal. Ultimately, for total daily nutrition, your goal would be to:
1. Create a caloric deficit if you want to lose weight
2. Create a caloric surplus if you want to gain weight
Take a look at the bigger picture and see what your progress is made of. Focus on the right things and use them!

EXCUSE: I don’t have access to the gym. SOLUTION: You don’t need a gym to start working out. You can do it at home without equipment. There are tons of at home workouts to do. You can also go to a park nearby or start walking instead of using cars. You can add physical activity in your life in many other ways than going to a gym. Comment “me” for a quick at home workout.
