New adventure — come along for the ride! 🌿✨

The more I learn, the more I want to teach my kids that there’s no such thing as “good” or “bad” food. There’s food we eat in moderation and food we eat more often — and that balance is what matters most.

I’m on a journey to cook more meals at home — both the “healthy” ones (I am a natural food chef after all 😉) and the ones that simply make us happy — but always with whole, real ingredients.
