If you’re glued to a desk all day, try this simple reset: roll your shoulders, rotate your neck, and stand up once an hour for a quick stretch or a few steps.
Those tiny “micro-movements” can help with posture, circulation, and that mid-afternoon slump. A couple minutes here and there can loosen tight muscles and boost your energy by the end of the day.
We also keep a few easy wellness helpers at the store too (like magnesium & electrolyte packets) if you want to make it even easier to feel better while you work.
