Shannon Connors Fitness Training is located in Buffalo, NY and is also an online fitness and nutrition program specialized just for YOU! Unlike other online nutrition programs, Shannon will be actively involved with every step of attaining your goals. With direct emails, you can ask Shannon questions, ask for certain exercises for a specific "trouble area" and Shannon will be there through it all! Other online nutrition and fitness programs hand out the same basic exercises and basic nutrition programs, while Shannon looks at every individual client profile and creates a program specifically designed to help you reach your goals, in a matter of 12 weeks.
