Life after 35 doesnโt mean slowing downโitโs the time to level UP.
Research shows ages 36โ46 are the most impactful years for your health. This is when you either build resilienceโฆ or watch it start to slip away.
Hereโs the truth: starting around 30, we naturally lose 3โ8% of our muscle mass every decade if weโre not actively maintaining it. That also means losing strength, bone density, and insulin sensitivity.
But the GOOD news? Small, consistent shifts can completely change that story. ๐
Hereโs what works (and what I swear by):
๐ช Strength training 2โ3x/week = GOLD
