Shannon Connors Fitness Training at FREE FITNESS AT CANALSIDE SPONSORED BY HIGHMARK BCBS had a REALLLLY special guest this morning!!!

Welcome GOLIATH!!!
He stumbled upon our squat party with more of a saunter and a yawn... noticing the number of squats and pushups, Goliath chose to assume a rightful downward dog pose and took all the pets from our fit friends, some who showed up JUST for Goliath!!!

SCFit is sponsoring Goliath's kennel this month at Niagara SPCA in hopes we can help him find his furever FIT fam. (No need to worry that he will wake you up early for a morning jog- let's just say, his mighty motivation is more on the chill side!!)

We loved having Goliath "workout" with us! As you can see in the pictures, this workout was definitely more of a pup stretch and snuggle- although he and Elizabeth Lee Marshall definitely rocked that workout gear!

As every good dog should, Goliath earned that post workout pup cup and a good, hard crash from all the snuggles, squats and belly rubs!!!

You absolutely have to meet this gyy! 😍😍🐾🐾

He represents all the things we embody at Shannon Connors Fitness~ strength, resiliency and our spirit!

Goliath has been at Niagara SPCA for about 6 months since he was found as a stray. This gentle giant is about 2 years old, good with other dogs, not so fond of cats (but neither am I 😂) and deserves a comfy couch and a furever fam!!

He's coming to work out with me on Saturday (if we can keep him from chilling in the grass!) so if you come and workout with me at FREE FITNESS AT CANALSIDE SPONSORED BY HIGHMARK BCBS, you can meet and greet and pet and sweat and alllll things this guy loves!

Client spotlight: GIVE IT UP FOR LINDSAY!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
When Lindsay came to SCFit, she had a number of goals but before we were able to get started on making progress, we had to prioritize her nutritional plan. Her 12 hour shifts, coupled with being a busy mom, made it tricky in terms of meal planning and prep, so we started with a few small changes that have had a huge impact on how she looks and how she feels. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
We started by addressing her gut inflammation to see if we could pinpoint what the trigger foods were and we decided to clean up her program by prioritizing protein, minimizing her dairy intake and increase her water! As you can see, she is off to an INCREDIBLE start and we are so very proud of her hard work!!!
