đŸš—âœˆïž On the road or in the air this Memorial Day Weekend?
Long trips can increase your risk of developing blood clots—especially in the legs (a condition called Deep Vein Thrombosis, or DVT).

But don’t worry—a few small steps can make a big difference:

✅ Stand up and stretch every 1–2 hours
✅ Roll your ankles or flex your feet while seated
✅ Stay hydrated (avoid salty snacks and alcohol)
✅ Wear loose clothing or compression socks if you're at higher risk

đŸ©ž A little movement goes a long way to protect your circulation and prevent clots.
