Hi, I'm an organic Momma trying to raise a healthy family in our ever-growing processed world. On my site you will learn a lot about my passions. My #1 is giving information on what I have learned. You will find a lot of information concerning our health. I have read a lot of different articles and books throughout the years concerning nutrition. Sometimes it is overwhelming especially when you ge

t to the grocery store. During all of my research I have created some of my own products and recipes. I believe a product on your skin should not include any chemicals or additives. Nature has given us everything we need and I have made it my mission to create products that feed and heal the body. I have always been an avid photographer my passion always being abstract and nature, but I found myself photographing people as well. I have written articles about musicians both national and local artists. On my website you will see all facets of me come together as one.

I wanted to thank everyone who stopped out to the Self Love Day Retreat yesterday, I was overwhelmed with the support from friends, customers, and now new friends and customers! A huge shout out to my husband for running booth for me, and all of you for chatting him up! I loved every conversation we had and can’t wait for the next event thank you for supporting both of our small businesses was the first event and we fed everyone a wonderful organic lunch! We are in an event this Sunday at the Statler in Buffalo! And it will also be our other business Our New Leaf first event! Yes we will have 2 booths! The fitness sessions are sold out but there will be all day vendors and workshops! Both of our businesses will be there! Come and see in the grand ballroom and will be in the main lobby!
