Across the Spectrum Doula, LLC A full spectrum doula is a person who recognizes that the journey to parenthood is unique and deserves the respect and support regardless of the circumstance.

Guiding parents with physical and emotional support and the education they need to thrive in their path to parenthood and provide a safe, non-judgmental, and positive environment during periods of adjustment or loss. The role of a doula is to normalize what happens physically and emotionally during the perinatal period. A doula provides non-judgmental and evidenced based support throughout your journey to ensure parents thrive during periods of adjustment. A full spectrum doula goes beyond, and is equipped to educate and serve a wider variety of needs regardless of personal background, traumas, race, gender identity, relationship status, or preferences in regards to a labor interventions, breastfeeding, or parenting.

Looking back at 2025 with a full heart ✨

This year was filled with growth, resilience, community, and so much gratitude. I had the honor of supporting 41 families through their birthing journeys, walking alongside parents in moments of strength, vulnerability, and transformation. I also expanded my work in education—supporting hundreds of families, training future doulas, and serving our South Jersey community in meaningful ways.

2025 wasn’t without challenges. An unexpected surgery reminded me just how powerful community care truly is, and I’m endlessly thankful for the support that carried me through. 💛

As we step into 2026, I’m feeling hopeful and energized—ready to grow access to doula care, expand Medicaid support, deepen collaboration across South Jersey, and continue advocating for informed, compassionate care for families.

Thank you to every family, partner, colleague, and community member who trusted and supported this work. I can’t wait to see what we build together next. ✨

Today I was invited to participate at Post Partum Hemorrhage Drill and Simulation. I was there to act as the patient's doula (of course!)

This helps ensure we are prepared in all situations and circumstances!

The manikin is so incredibly lifelike it blinks, breathes, talks, even seizes!! When I came into the room I went to support my "mom" and was not expecting her to move and I JUMPED!! Lol!

I love when my dads are involved 🤍 Picture 1 shows dad smiling, chest inflated, proud of his woman as she had just given birth to their baby. ✨️🥹

But he was involved thoughout whether he was fanning mom with a hospital menu 🤣 (Picture 2) or cutting baby's umbilical cord (Picture 3), you can feel the emotion in the room.

Now, mom was and IS a warrior! 🫶🏽 She wanted to feel present in her birth and we achieved that through forming connection, movement, and recognizing and embracing the feelings of labor. 💜

It was a long last week /weekend filled with lots of support and collaboration between Doulas.

We filled a room with advocacy, love, and compassion while a mom gave birth to her sleeping baby. 👼🏻🙏🏼

Although this was HARD, and unpaid work, it was what we train to do. Be there for mothers regardless of the circumstances. Thank you Jenny and Amber 💖

I personally pushed my body to the limits worked 23hours straight with no sleep, held tears, was strong for this mama, cried on my way home, then had the strength to continue to advocate for her beyond. I am proud of this team and everything they did for this beautiful mom and baby.

What a year 2024 has been! Filled with opportunities, changes, accomplishments, and many blessings!💫 I am so honored to be a part of so many beautiful and powerful births, family beginnings, and support.

This year alone, hundreds of parents touched my heart in one way or another. 💕 For them, I am grateful. Thank you for trusting me in your journeys!

Can't wait for what 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ has in store for me professionally and personally. 🎆 BRING IT ON! 💪🏼

Hopefully, a vacation is in the future too! 🤪😅

Yesterday, I got to hang with some of my doula sisters and besties.👯🏽‍♀️👯🏽‍♀️👯🏽‍♀️ There was so much passion and soul in this room we were just bouncing off each others energies!✨️
