After much careful thought and consideration, The Kneaded Space will be closing its doors in February. There’s been a lot going on professionally and personally, and I need to step away to regroup. The Kneaded Space is a special place to assist people with their healing journeys. Happy Equinox! It's a powerful time of the year when the amount of day and night (light and dark) is equal, representing the ultimate balancing of the scales.

This is a potent time to go within, unplug, be present yourself, and experience transformation. Let it serve as a reminder to take time to harmonize with nature allowing the guidance. Carve out some time today to restore. Create a small ritual to honor the completion of summer and the start of fall.

The Summer Solstice marks the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere. It is both the longest day and shortest night of the year. It is the celebration of the return to light and reminds us of the light within each of us. May we enjoy all the illumination, life and growth the sun provides. Now is the time release the old and welcome the new.
