💫 This holiday season, our Planetree team came together to give back to our local community by packing care packages for Spooner House in Shelton, CT.

💙Person-centered care doesn’t stop at the bedside — it’s about seeing, honoring, and supporting people wherever they are. Acts of compassion, connection, and partnership matter in every setting.
