I am so glad we were able to attend the PAME: Partners Against Mortality in Epilepsy conference the past two days. I met so many incredible families, each with their own powerful stories and strength. 💜

Today Steven and I arrived in Atlanta for the PAME Family Day & Scientific Conference. One of the first things we saw was our sweet boy on the PAME Digital Memory Wall, surrounded by far too many beautiful souls. It was emotional and humbling, and we’re grateful to be here in his honor.

Over the next two days, we’ll join clinicians, researchers, advocates, and families to discuss epilepsy-related mortality, including SUDEP, an incredibly difficult but vital topic.

The work happening here matters, and we hope to bring home knowledge, connections, and resources to support families in our community.
