* The administrator shall be a resident of the state of Louisiana and shall have a high school diploma or equivalent, and shall meet the following requirements:
1. Have a bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of four years of verifiable experience working in a field providing services to the elderly and/or persons with developmental disabilities; or
2. Have a minimum of six years of verifiable experience working in a health or social service related business, plus a minimum of four additional years of verifiable experience working in a field providing services to the elderly and/or persons with developmental disabilities

The Beauregard Council on Aging’s Senior Health Fair will be Tuesday, June 17 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the BCOA office at 104 West Port Street. There will be free health and safety information, as well as discussion by healthcare professionals in the community.
