If you have visited Pleasant Valley, you have seen Lindsay around the facility, complimenting every resident and staff that she sees, working hard to make our residents smile with everything she does, painting nails, running a meaningful activity, and everything in between! We are continually amazed by the incredible creativity of our residents! ✨

Today, Dona proudly shared the beautiful cross-stitched pillowcases she completed before sending them off to their very lucky recipients. Each design was done completely freehand — inspired by a picture and stitched with patience, skill, and a whole lot of love.

Congratulations to our RN, Teresa Denis, on winning the Perfect Attendance Award for January! Teresa showed up for all her scheduled shifts this month, and we are so thankful for her dedication to our facility and residents. Our residents went on a bus trip to Corey's Closet today, and boy, did they have fun shopping! Our activities assistant Lindsay came across a doll that had the original tag from Krakow on it and immediately thought of our resident Mikhila. This was her reaction when she was gifted the doll! What a blessing it is to make our residents smile with presents from their part of the world!
