Spring is coming!🌷☀️
But if your social media feeds, office chatter, and friends and family conversations have all started turning to diet-culture language to "get ready for summer," I invite you to think of this spring as a new season to *reject* that narrative! And ask yourself what you really want and need to feel your best.... not just for summer but for as long as you can!
