CLM has added enhanced Crisis Center services designed to provide critical crisis care to individuals when it matters most. Think of the Crisis Center as urgent care for mental health —offering immediate crisis assessment and therapeutic support with a goal to help individuals stabilize and prevent the need for higher levels of care whenever possible.

Walk-In Crisis Assessments are now available with expanded hours at our Main Office at 10 Tsienneto Road, Derry, NH from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. daily.

Additionally, the Crisis Center provides “Somewhere to Go” offering a safe, up to a full day of therapeutic care onsite at CLM for individuals who would benefit from additional support for stabilization.

Our Acute Care Services team of clinicians, care managers, and peer support specialists are highly trained in crisis intervention and recovery-focused care.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call our 24/7 Acute Care Services line at (603) 434-1577, Option 1.

You are not alone—CLM is here to help.

This weekend the CLM team once again joined together for the NAMIWalks NH Mental Health and Su***de Awareness event.

The weather couldn’t have been better, and the turnout was even bigger than last year—with more smiling faces, energy, and dogs!

Our CLM team was proud to join thousands of others in this powerful day of hope, support, and community. At CLM we are continuing to break the stigma surrounding mental health and remind everyone that help, healing, and connection are always possible.

Thanks to the DCU for Kids Charitable Foundation and their investment, the Center for Life Management has empowered camp counselors to help children in crisis.

Our dedicated staff worked tirelessly this summer to help create nurturing camp environments that promoted better mental health.

This year, we provided impactful one-on-one and small group counseling, ensuring each child received at least 15 minutes of personalized attention.

Children learned valuable skills such as feelings identification, coping strategies, and problem-solving. Together, we’re making a difference!
