What made you join originally?
Overweight, out of shape, and I needed someone to guide me versus failing, again, to do anything on my own.
What keeps you coming back?
The Trainers are great, the scheduled work outs, and ease of the entire process. It’s also enjoyable versus a chore.
What’s one thing Simply Fit has helped you with (strength, confidence, consistency, etc.)?
I’ve lost 45 lbs since I started! I am much stronger and I think healthier. I went off cholesterol meds the first year or so. I also have asthma and haven’t used an inhaler in years!
What would you say to someone thinking about joining?
They should give it a chance. It’s like being handed the keys to fixing and maintaining your own health. You just have to show up.
