Working closely and personally with each and every client, we help you to determine what are worthy, safe, and healthy fitness goals. Then we design a personal program to help you reach those goals - keeping you motivated and accountable every step of the way! At each and every visit you'll work with a Trainer in a Strength Conditioning program to become stronger and more tone. Tailored and personal regimens help you to reshape - with lasting results. You'll also be coached in an Interval Cardio program that targets the burning of body fat and calories. More importantly, we'll be working together towards a healthier heart and cardiovascular system. We teach our clients how you "Never have to Diet again". We'll keep you motivated to make everyday food choices to benefit your healthy lifestyle - and you won't feel like you're missing your favorite foods! Mind Conditioning and Accountability: We have the trainer that's perfect for you! And by having these appointments set in advance, the structure will keep you accountable, motivated, and on track! We’re so excited to celebrate Amy P., who has been part of Simply Fit for 10 years! 🎉💪 Her journey is proof that showing up, staying consistent, and having the right support can truly change your life.

What made you join originally?
Overweight, out of shape, and I needed someone to guide me versus failing, again, to do anything on my own.

What keeps you coming back?
The Trainers are great, the scheduled work outs, and ease of the entire process. It’s also enjoyable versus a chore.

What’s one thing Simply Fit has helped you with (strength, confidence, consistency, etc.)?
I’ve lost 45 lbs since I started! I am much stronger and I think healthier. I went off cholesterol meds the first year or so. I also have asthma and haven’t used an inhaler in years!

What would you say to someone thinking about joining?
They should give it a chance. It’s like being handed the keys to fixing and maintaining your own health. You just have to show up.

Hi Ladies and Happy Snow Sunday!!! We will be Closed Tomorrow Monday all Day due to the ongoing snow and dangerous driving conditions!!!
