At each and every visit you'll work with a Trainer in a Strength Conditioning program to become stronger and more tone. Tailored and personal regimens help you to reshape - with lasting results. You'll also be coached in an Interval Cardio program that targets the burning of body fat and calories. More importantly, we'll be working together towards a healthier heart and cardiovascular system. We teach our clients how you "Never have to Diet again". We'll keep you motivated to make everyday food choices to benefit your healthy lifestyle - and you won't feel like you're missing your favorite foods! Mind Conditioning and Accountability: We have the trainer that's perfect for you! And by having these appointments set in advance, the structure will keep you accountable, motivated, and on track! Hi Ladies and Happy Snow Sunday!!! We will be Closed Tomorrow Monday all Day due to the ongoing snow and dangerous driving conditions!!! Hi Ladies, as much as I am dreading this. I feel due to the cancelations and weather warnings out there for ice and snow making commute risky tomorrow morning , it may be better if we close for morning classes! we will resume as normal for evening classes tomorrow.
