Chelsea has an extensive background in dance and cheerleading. Ever since she was a little girl athletics and fitness has been a passion of hers. Chelsea found barre, yoga and arial arts back in 2013 and has now pursued a career teaching. Chelsea also has experience in a gym setting, training and coaching. Mental health plays a big part in her life as she has over 10 years of experience and knowledge from working in the field professionally and to her own treatment. Chelsea's main goal is to encourage, motivate, include all and drive successful honorable programs to get you to Move Through You, where your mind can rest and your body can move. Discover your inner self where there is peace, love and joy. Experience your art of movement, creativity and expression in a healthy fun uplifting environment. various modifications will be offered and available to all, feel free to join where ever you are at in your fitness journey.
