✨ An afternoon of restoration and spiritual discovery.
We’ll begin with one hour of restorative yoga with Reiki, guided by Tracy Coviello, E-RYT 500 & Reiki Master. Supported poses and energy healing will help you release stress, restore balance, and prepare your energy for intuitive connection.
Then, Debbie Raymond, The New England Medium & Author, will lead a 75-minute workshop on connecting with your spirit guides. Through guided meditation and intuitive practices, Debbie will help you explore ways to receive guidance, clarity, and support from the spirit world.
Length: 2 hours 15 minutes
Open to all levels — no prior experience needed.

🍂 Sick, change of contact info, groups
🎃 Good morning friends, I have a busy morning with clients beginning at 7:30 and have the afternoon with family. I’m getting over a stomach bug that literally kicked my f***y from here to Chicago. 😖 None of the kids had it so I contracted it somewhere. I leave the house only once a week (wash my hands like a fiend!) and viruses still find me. 😅 I’m feeling better today, thank God. This is why virtual works. Even when sick, I still provide a service. ❤️
🪾I’ve been slowly transferring emails to another email address because Comcast has been difficult. The Comcast email I have is almost 2 decades old! So this is a big change. Good morning friends, I finally slept heavy last night! Yay me!
Here’s a bit of info when making virtual apts; if you’re requesting an apt through messenger, text or email, there’s only so many times I’ll go back and forth in getting the apt for you. By the 4th or 5th time of exchange (or allowing days to go by) without deciding, you’ve already lost me. It happens where dates/times are given per clients request and days go by without deciding. Or, I have the exact time a client asks for and again, takes days to respond but client still expects apt to be open. Well, I don’t have time to wait. I book on an every day basis and cannot hold apts.
This just happened where a client chose Tuesday-agreed to take the apt-doesn’t make payment to hold the spot-assumes the apt is still there-until I send communication that I gave the apt away-due to payment not being made the same day as booking.
This happens too; I give available requested dates/times to said client and it takes 4 days for a decision on the clients end….then, the day before the requested apt, here comes the email from the client asking for the apt they requested days before. Um, sorry. I gave the opening away 3 days ago….
So, I’ve got to tighten the reigns a bit and remember I’m a business owner with rules. My suggestion is to be ready to fulfill communication exchange in a timely manner as I cannot hold dates. Nor can I go back and forth for a week to accommodate you.
