these are soothing and nurturing massages that use gentle swedish massage techniques/strokes that are designed to ease tension, improve your sleeping patterns, relax and reduce pains/aches and focus on alleviating common pregnancy discomforts.

during this treatment you will be in the “side-lying” position, using a body pillow to support you and your bump. in this position i typically target shoulders, back/lower back, legs and feet. (some people find discomfort in laying on their side. if the side lying position brings you discomfort this may not be a good fit for you)

if you’re an expecting mother or you’re looking for the perfect gift for a loved one, prenatal massage is a much needed indulgence for her ✨☁️💤.
