Thanksgiving this week and December holidays are just around the corner.

Here are a few dates to be aware of and put on your calendar.

Dates the studio will be closed for vacation:
November 25 - 26th (Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday)
December 24 - 31st (Christmas Eve thru New Year’s Eve)

OTHER NEWS:

Intro to Reformer class:
Wednesday, Dec 1st at 6:30 pm.
This will be a $30 class and there will be 4 slots available.

Destress & Dissolve Tension Virtual Session:
Monday, December 6th at 7 pm.
Virtual 30-minute class to my Destress and Dissolve Tension course. This intro session is perfect if you want to get a taste for my online program. It is just $20 and comes with the recording of the session.
There are only 6 slots so if you would like feel free to reach out!

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for session or class packages this holiday season.

OOOPS! Rescheduled into the new year!

With the busy holiday season upon us I've decided to reschedule the intro class till January. If you are interested in getting started with Pilates before the new year please connect with me. :)

REFORMER INTRO CLASS:
WHEN: Wednesday, JANUARY 12, 2021
5:30-6:30pm
WHERE: Live In studio at PLS Fitness Pilates Loft
COST: $30
This session will be a Pilates Reformer Fundamentals class. It's a great class for someone who has wanted to try Pilates but has never been on a reformer before or feels like they want a gentle restart back into Pilates. Unless you have an acute injury or movement limitations, this is a great place to get started.
I would love to see you there!

The biggest cause of tension is poor alignment. Sitting at a computer or even in your car for long periods of time lead to tension. If you think of running a marathon you can imagine that your legs and feet might get tight after the race. What about your neck and back? They work non-stop all day to hold you in a set position. Your hands, wrists and forearms can get tight from typing and using a mouse.

Think about how you are sitting or standing today. Is there any way you can improve it?
