Hi friends! I am going to preface this with saying CENTRAL IOWA NEEDS MORE KIDS YOGA TEACHERS!
Have you ever thought about sharing the magic of yoga with little ones, big kids, and tweens? Join us for a super fun weekend training designed for anyone who loves working with kids—whether you’re a parent, teacher, yogi, therapist, or just someone who wants to bring more movement and mindfulness into kids’ lives.

In this weekend training, we’ll explore:
• Why yoga is so great for kids (and how to share it in a way that sticks!)
• Easy class formats for Pre-K, school-aged kids, and tweens
• How to make yoga fun with poses, breath work, games, music & more
• Creative ways to help kids slow down and find stillness
• Tips for adapting yoga to meet kids where they are
• Real-life classroom management tricks
• How to turn your passion for kid yoga into something sustainable

Want to learn how to bring yoga to pre-K, school-aged and tweens? Join us for this fun weekend intensive! This training is perfect for educators, yogis, parents, therapists and anyone who is interested in working with kids. Topics covered will include:

• Philosophy and benefits of yoga for kids

• Meditation and stillness for children
