I’m seeing a lot of the girlies posting about half/full marathons so this is your reminder to eat enough carbs 😍
In practice I see the menstrual cycle respond pretty quickly to undereating carbs with late/missing cycles, irregular ovulation and even painful cycles. However if you’re on a birth control you may miss some of this feedback, so I’d look at other things like mood, energy, digestion and just take some time to learn to track carbs and see how it impacts your performance.
