Feeling incredibly grateful today! My amazing team surprised me for my 50th birthday with a balloon-filled office and a giant street sign wishing me a happy birthday.

Instead of letting the day slip by quietly, they went above and beyond to celebrate me in the most thoughtful way. It’s moments like these that remind me how lucky I am to work alongside such a caring, joyful group of people.

Thank you to our team for making this milestone birthday unforgettable – you are truly the reason 3801 is so Grand!! ❤️

From 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Team Grand is partnering with Ted’s Coney Island for our Walk to End Alzheimer’s Fundraiser. Our team is gearing up for the walk taking place in downtown Des Moines this Saturday. A portion of every sale will go directly to support Team Grand.

💜 What a beautiful day at 3801 Grand! Our amazing team rolled up their sleeves and made homemade goodies for residents and their families to enjoy at today’s Farmers Market. Every dollar raised will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.

We’re proud to say Team Grand will be walking later this month in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s — honoring past, present, and future residents of 3801 Grand.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped, and supported this meaningful cause today. Together, we are making a difference! 💜

Today we celebrate Lana and her 29 years at 3801 Grand! 🌟

Lana has been the heart of our laundry department for nearly three decades, keeping everything fresh and cared for with such dedication. She also steps in to help our housekeeping team whenever needed, always with a smile and a helping hand.

Her kindness, loyalty, and hard work have touched countless residents, families, and staff through the years. We are so lucky to have her as part of our 3801 Grand family! 💐💖

🎡Nothing says Iowa State Fair fun like a good old-fashioned pie in the face! Our residents traded in their corn dogs and funnel cakes for plates piled high with whipped cream… and two very brave targets. 🎯

Wellness Coordinator, Anna and Head Chef, Robin stepped up for the challenge, giving our residents the perfect chance for a little sweet revenge - although most residents felt bad doing so! 😊

Thanks to everyone who joined in the laughter, cheers, and whipped cream chaos. Fair week = fun week on the 3801 Grand campus! Videos to follow.

Darling, breakfast never looked so fabulous! ⭐️

Our wellness dream team, Amy and Anna, pulled out all the stops for a glamorous Breakfast at Tiffany’s event for our 3801 Grand and Sage Independence residents. From elegant decor to delicious bites, the morning was nothing short of dazzling. 💎

Our residents were pampered with great food, beautiful surroundings, and best of all - each other’s company. Audrey would’ve approved. 🩵
