Universal Life Energy
“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for “universal life energy”, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing. This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. I am currently a level 2 Usui Reiki Practitioner. I am able to provide on site healing and distance healing. My mission is to help you become the best version of yourself! Reiki is an outstanding method that can offer support through the ups and downs in life that we all face. I strive to help restore balance, reduce stress, ease pain, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being. Reiki treatments will help you emotionally and spiritually, and it is a tradition that is open to any belief system. Reiki can work alongside with all other medical and therapeutic modalities to ease any side effects and promote overall wellness and emotional support during your recovery.
