✨ Women’s Wellness Gathering – Snow Moon ❄️🌕

We’ll be gathering again under the Snow Moon for another women’s wellness circle at OPE. These gatherings are very laid-back and heart-centered. We come together to care for ourselves, connect, and share space.
We’ll have red light therapy, the vibration plate, and grounding pads available to use throughout the gathering. We usually have snacks, tea, or a special beverage, and sometimes things like face masks or nail polish. Anything you feel inspired to bring — a self-care tool, technique, snack, or offering — is always appreciated, but never expected.
Donations to support the space are welcome and deeply appreciated. You can donate via Venmo or Cash App , or bring cash in person.
Sometimes our circles stay light, casual, and cozy. Other times they go deep. Conversations may touch on accountability, growth, reflection, and metaphysical topics — always guided by what the group needs in the moment. There’s no pressure to share, just an open invitation to be supported exactly as you are.
