How true is Garfield this morning?? I opened the comics today and this one made me laugh out loud!!! I think we all know that sugar ( I would argue the fat because there are definitely GOOD fats) is bad for us but we are in denial (including myself) because a lot of our favorite foods are loaded with sugar😝. My advice today is to read food labels and watch how much added sugar is in the items you are putting in your body😊

Happy first day of SPRING…. Now that the weather is getting nicer, get outside and enjoy some sunshine!!! Did you know that just 10-15 minutes of daily morning sunshine helps your sleep cycles. Try getting outside each morning for a little sunshine on your face…. It’s great for your sleep and your mental well being!!!!☀️🌷

Hey everybody!!!!!! How are your New Years resolutions going now that the end of January is approaching. Taking care of ourselves and doing things for ourselves to improve our health is HARD. Now that February is approaching I have a little challenge for you. TRY GIVING UP SUGAR for one week..... I don't just mean candy and pop.... Start reading labels for all of the added sugar that they add to our foods.... You will be amazed that the "healthy" yogurt you are eating has 26 grams of added sugar.....It is no wonder we are addicted to sugar!!!! It will be hard to give it up but after a week you will be amazed at how much better you feel.... Less inflammation and less cravings. TRY IT..... Good Luck..... heres to a healthier you😃

Limit your sugar intake

Don't ditch your exercise plan, keep going strong
Try to get some outside time everyday, especially if its sunny.
