We were proud to highlight the full spectrum of care we offer—from our Des Moines and Lea Hill care centers to our home health, home care, palliative, and hospice services—helping neighbors learn about the support available for every stage of life.

From walls going up at Wesley Bradley Park’s East Brownstone to scheduled move-ins at Wesley Des Moines’ newly remodeled Terrace apartments, progress is everywhere you look. 🏡✨

🔨 Bradley Park Phase II: Finish boards are in, apartment selections have begun, and our first 10 families have chosen their new homes!

🎭 Des Moines Phase IV: The Terrace is transforming with 15 new reservations and just 3 apartments left on the newly updated second floor.

Our culture of belonging creates a workplace where team members feel welcomed, known, included, connected and supported. Inspire provides a wonderful way for us all to connect, celebrate milestones and achievements, and spread recognition. Since launch, team members have created more than 40,000 recognitions!

🌸 Renate’s Garden Dedication 🌸
On July 8, we gathered at our Des Moines campus to celebrate the dedication of Renate’s Garden, a beautiful, English-style garden lovingly created in memory of Renate Enriquez.

Renate’s husband, Jesus Enriquez, made the garden possible through a generous gift to the Wesley Community Foundation. Inspired by Renate’s love of pink carnations—featured in her wedding photo—Jesus requested they be included in the garden’s design as a lasting tribute.

Now named Renate’s Garden – In Honor of Renate Enriquez: “Always in Our Hearts,” this peaceful space offers beauty, reflection, and remembrance for all who visit.

📖 At Wesley, book clubs are more than meetings; they’re meaningful conversations, deep connections, and shared curiosity.

From the fiction-focused “One More Page” to the nonfiction deep dives of “The Book Club,” Wesley at Tehaleh residents are turning pages and perspectives. Over at Lea Hill, informal book chats are bubbling into a brand-new club led by retired librarian Barbie Whorton.

With thoughtful selections, scholarly insights, and a love for learning, Wesley’s book lovers are building community one chapter at a time.
