Congratulations to Tammy Hoyman, CEO of Employee & Family Resources who is celebrating 30 years of service and leadership!

Tammy's leadership has helped shape EFR into who we are today. She has guided the organization with purpose, clarity, and heart. She started at EFR as an EAP/SAP counselor in 1996 and stepped into the CEO role in 2009. Never losing sight of EFR's mission to help individuals manage life's challenges at work, at home, at school, and in the community, she balances margin and mission. She is truly the heart of EFR and we appreciate her leadership and guidance!
