🌟 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Larry & Vicki🌟

Larry and Vicki Warrick moved to 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in November 2021, after years of living independently at home. During a challenging period, Larry was hospitalized, and they celebrated their 𝟱𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 while he was in the hospital. After his discharge, he required a month in skilled rehab and needed the support of a ramp to get in and out of his house while Vicki managed everything on her own during the ongoing difficulties of the COVID pandemic.

Since joining the 𝗟𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆, their lives have transformed in ways they never imagined.

“What keeps us at Luther Park Community is knowing that everything we need is included in one predictable monthly fee — utilities, meals, wireless internet, DirecTV, social programming, transportation, and truly maintenance-free living. No surprises, no guessing… just comfort, convenience, and confidence in what to expect.”

Before moving, they were juggling 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, on top of daily responsibilities. Other communities didn’t offer a continental breakfast, and their hallways were too narrow to safely navigate a scooter. At Rose Glen, 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 have made daily life safe and effortless.

𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 and proudly serves as a leader on the Advisory Board, while 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 and lovingly helps maintain the Rose Glen Library. Together, they say that it truly feels like family.

Another feature they love is the 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝘅 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺—calls go directly to a landline or cell phone, making it easy to answer the door from anywhere, even if you can’t get to your feet quickly. Combined with 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, it gives residents peace of mind knowing help and support are always available when needed.

They also cherish the staff:

“We’ve had some wonderful managers who actually listen and devote time to us. We’ve never felt belittled or disrespected.”

When asked what advice they’d give someone considering senior living, their answer is simple and heartfelt: “𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁!”

After touring several other communities, Larry and Vicki knew that 𝗟𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 was not just a place to live—it was a place to feel safe, cared for, and truly at home.
