Fun Fact: Teri loves to travel, and the Virgin Islands is her favorite place to visit.

Meet Shannon Rowles, Our Director of Celebrations!

Shannon has been a part of Addington Place of Des Moines for 4 years; she took a break for a year and came back, where it truly feels like home. As the saying goes, "There is no place like home"! She loves making a difference in our residents’ lives!

Fun Fact: Shannon is a dedicated MiMi to her granddaughter Nora.

Favorite Part of the Job: This is not just a job; it is about the heart. Getting to know the residents and their families. I could sit and listen to our residents' stories about their lives all day! It never gets old. Each one of our residents has such an interesting past.
