Therapists are like churches. Seemingly there is one on every corner. But how do you know which one is the best for you? Sadly, a great deal of the time it is out of convenience that we choose rather than fit.
While I'm not inferring that making a decision is easy, I am advocating that you take your time, do your research and make sure you're getting what you want and what you need. By trusting this process and yourself, the percentages increase that you will find the right one and greatly benefit from it.
