What I aim for myself and aim to offer is a path to help you embody the EXPERIENCE of union with the Divine ॐ YOGA Although we appreciate good showmanship, we are not worried too much about some of the typical pressures of a modern yoga studio. We don't care who wears the most fancy clothing, demonstrates the most advanced asanas, has completed the most extensive training, recently read an attenti

on grabbing article to recite, or even who has the most impressive class attendance record. (Don't get us wrong because thoughtfully applied, any combination of those items could certainly take you a long way.) However, we are focused on one thing...

At dmYOGA we focus on each and every human being that walks though the door. Given a chance to be seen, believed in, and encouraged you'll naturally live up to your highest potential. We hope to influence you by example and help you have a profound and positive impact on the people closest to you as well as all others everywhere on the planet.

Deep in the depths of your wild heart. In the stillness, in the silence, and in the space between your breath. It’s in the balance of In and Out ♾️ It’s the Ying and the Yang ♾️ It’s the eternal always pervasive presence … and if that’s not with you here now, maybe its only just one consciously chosen though lol or breath away 😮‍💨

Tonight Katie Stych and I will co lead the Monday Practice and help guide you to balanced energies.

We will leave you with both basic & advanced yoga practices that you can keep for life. Use them when things start to spiral - or practice them regularly to keep them from spiraling / own your own energy 👑
