What I aim for myself and aim to offer is a path to help you embody the EXPERIENCE of union with the Divine ॐ YOGA Although we appreciate good showmanship, we are not worried too much about some of the typical pressures of a modern yoga studio. We don't care who wears the most fancy clothing, demonstrates the most advanced asanas, has completed the most extensive training, recently read an attenti

on grabbing article to recite, or even who has the most impressive class attendance record. (Don't get us wrong because thoughtfully applied, any combination of those items could certainly take you a long way.) However, we are focused on one thing...

At dmYOGA we focus on each and every human being that walks though the door. Given a chance to be seen, believed in, and encouraged you'll naturally live up to your highest potential. We hope to influence you by example and help you have a profound and positive impact on the people closest to you as well as all others everywhere on the planet.

We Can’t Wait to Meet You.

Although we appreciate good showmanship and finely tuned operations, we’re not too much tied to some of the typical pressures of many modern yoga studios. For us, this is a business of deep purpose & pure passion, not necessarily a competitive enterprise.

We value connection, authenticity and growth. Our teaching comes from the heart and isn’t a rinse and repeat method. We don't so much (or at all) worry about who wears the most fancy clothing, shows off the most advanced asanas, has recently read or become obsessed with the latest trend or the most attention grabbing article. We admire but don’t idol the person who has logged the most elaborate trainings or touts their awards. We love those who have an impressive class attendance record but we know there is more to it then just rolling out a mat. Don't get us wrong, because thoughtfully applied, any combination of these things could certainly take anyone a very long way.

However, we are, and HAVE ALWAYS BEEN, focused on one thing... At dmYOGA we focus on each and every human being that walks through the door. Because we believe that who you are, what you do, why you do it, and how you got to wherever you currently are, matters - very - very - very - much.

Given a chance to be seen, believed in, and encouraged you'll easily live up to your highest potential. Our boldest hope is to influence all others to find their “Higher Ground” by being a living example of self discovery, care and compassion. To lead with love, to follow your own inner compass, and to live a life of purpose. Together, each of us is here to inspire one another.
