MAY 1st 2026 – FULL MOON IN SCORPIO

This is a very intense, powerful and transformative Scorpio Full Moon! There is a lot of emotional intensity around this Full Moon which many of you have already been feeling and will continue for several more weeks plus. Besides the intense Scorpio energies at this Full Moon, we also have 2 T-Squares happening. T-Squares are very powerful as they contain 2 Squares and Square energy is very stressful and has a lot of friction around them… and we have 2 at this Full Moon. We have a Fixed (stable, resistant to change, reliable and determined) T-Square that includes the Full Moon, with the Sun and Moon both being squared by Pluto!! The other T-Square is a Mutable T-Square and Mutable energy is more changeable and go with flow types of energies. Mutable isn’t as stressful, but still activates movement and change. This Mutable T-Square involves The North and South Nodes being squared by Uranus (that just entered Gemini). This is a lot of energy. These energies not only affect us, but the collective (all of humanity), the animals and the Earth itself! We can see a lot of these energies playing out in our daily life and also in the World. This Scorpio Full Moon is also known as the Flower Moon, and the Budda Moon…bringing a softer nature theme to the Moon. However, this is a very emotionally charged Moon…making things feel a bit uncomfortable at times!
This all adds up to a very transformative, active, chaotic…maybe a bit volatile and changing (like sudden and out of left field) energy! It is surrounding us with a lot of different activations and energies! It also can magnify emotions…affecting relationships of all kinds. It can involve issues around self-survival including money, s*x, love, resources and power. It is an intense time of purging all the old that is no longer vibrating where you are now vibrating. Scorpio is also a very intuitive/psychic sign….so take time during this period to work with your guidance on how and where to use these intense energies and what you need to release in order to move forward and evolve! Meditate and Manifest and listen to what is being activated for your Soul growth!
Scorpio can help us look at the things that we don’t really want to look at, and this Full Moon can take us right there! We have to be able to look at the “dark” in order to know what it is that we need to change or move away from….so that we can transform it and move into the higher versions and energies.
This Scorpio Full Flower Moon is also a healing Moon. Scorpio pulls us into the Magical and Mysterious depths of our Soul. Scorpio’s energy is about deep psychological transformation…..through the unconscious (dreams, imagination, emotions), as we then acknowledge this, we begin to communicate with our consciousness. Through our deep desires….we learn to let some of those intense desires go and begin to create the unknown through trust. With this Scorpio Full Moon, desires peak through emotional intensity and experiences…..even if they are hidden (Scorpio).
This Full Scorpio Moon is a transformative one! It is very energized…intense and presents us with some Radical Transformations while we experience Accelerated Evolution! It is also a very psychic and emotional Moon…making it a time to Feel/intuit…. what is no longer working for you or supporting you and make the necessary changes. These chaotic and transformative energies are affecting us all and at times…. bringing in angst and fear…stay out of the fear!! We are in uncertain times, with the many shootings, protests, and Wild weather! We are creating a “new norm”….lets create one that works for everyone…with a focus on spending time with Family, Friends, community and the Earth while Balancing it with Work and obligations. The Universe has turned our thinking in a new direction…. rather we like it or not. It feels unstable and a little scary…but stay out of the Fear!!! Take this opportunity to take your life in a new direction…. think about it…internalize all these feelings…. make plans during this time and head to the higher side. We are in a lot of Chaos right now…. remember out of Chaos comes creativity. Create a new life for you and your family/community, create enlightenment all around you…so others feel it and gravitate to it. The universe has become very serious…. meditate and Listen to what she is telling us!! We are in a new norm…as we are co-creating the “New”.…. Let’s create a Peaceful and Loving one!
THIS SCORPIO FULL MOON IS OFTEN REFERRED TO AS the Flower Moon, the Full Wesak Blue Flower Moon, and the Budda Moon! Perfect for this earthy, mysterious and magical Scorpio Full Moon. Scorpio also rules Earth spirituality…the world of natural foods, medicine, and healings. Along with the world that nature spirits flourish in and feel free and welcomed. Ancient teachings say that the Buddha was born during the Ta**us (Sun) Full Scorpio Moon period. He was born in Lumbini not far from Nepal. Part of the Buddha’s teachings are about, non-attachment, a free mind, unconditional love and the remembrance of your true nature, of your true Value as a Spark of the Divine. FULL MOONS ARE A TIME FOR releasing, a time of letting go. This Full Moon in Scorpio can be very intense! This Scorpio Full Moon shines its bright full light in the darkest of places…….to encourage us to look deep into our Soul, and the mysteries that surround ourselves and the Earth. Scorpio is a water sign and is drenched in emotions and insights. It is very passionate and intense. Scorpio is about power, desire, natural shamanism, Earth spirituality, psychic gifts, money, sacred s*x and Trust. Scorpio represents the transformation of our Soul’s and the Soul of the Earth. With this Scorpio Full Moon……we have the ability to move into the higher Scorpio energies of the Earth Spirituality and natural healing. We can pull on the high psychic abilities that are emphasized now…. for the good of all. Stay out of the gray side of Scorpio....which is…jealousy, manipulation, control, judgment, lies, secrets, possessiveness etc. Scorpio’s transformation can be seen through, life & death……release and reconstruction…..and the rise of the Phoenix from the ashes. The releasing can come from deep down in your Soul! It is a time for Soul searching. Go deep within yourself……your soul, and see what comes to you. There are many things that you might need to look at, from childhood traumas, to things that you are reacting to now. When Scorpio is activated, we can be faced with our inner and our outer demons. This can feel uncomfortable at times….but that is Pluto/Scorpio territory.
This Scorpio Full Moon also has a lot to do with relationships and all Soul Mates. There is a Sexiness with this Scorpio Full Moon…..as Scorpio also rules s*x. There is almost a haunting……simmering desire to express one’s emotions on all levels…..be sure to keep the desire’s on the high Spiritual side of Scorpio and trust in the transformations. This Full Scorpio Moon has a lot of help from the other planets traveling with it….which I will describe below! Take the Power of this Full Scorpio Moon and face who and what you are ……only then can you make changes.
FULL MOONS ALSO ASK US TO BALANCE AND INTEGRATE 2 OPPOSING SIGNS. This Full Moons polarity is Ta**us (the Sun is in Ta**us). We have talked about Scorpio above….so with Ta**us there is a connection with the physical world…the Earth, our bodies, our senses, and beauty. Ta**us is about working outside in your garden and growing your own food, medicine, and flowers. Ta**us is about self-survival, self-esteem, calmness, our values, creativity, the comfort of our homes, simplicity, and being practical. Watch out for the gray side of Ta**us which is being stubborn, low self-esteem, and somewhat reclusive.
With this Scorpio Full Moon we are being asked to bring these Scorpio and Ta**us energies into balance. We are being asked to clarify what we cherish in our lives, and what we need to transform. We are learning to balance security (Ta**us) with evolution and change (Scorpio). We are learning to not become reclusive with our resources, but to share them in community. We are being asked to balance the Male (Scorpio) & Feminine (Ta**us), energies etc.. We are being asked to look at our values. We are being asked to see through our awareness…. that which has form and where our materialistic values are (Ta**us) and that which is based upon the unseen, but deeply felt…Spiritual values and higher dimensions (Scorpio). We are being asked to find the balance between them……in the highest Spiritual way, and in an appropriate healthy manner.
During this time you may be faced with some uncomfortable things that you may have to deal with, in all areas of life…..including Internationally. However, with the Sun in Ta**us, there can be some peace and serenity in the midst of Scorpio’s passionate emotions. Connect and sit with the Earth during these days of the Full Moon Energies. PLUTO and MARS RULE THIS SCORPIO FULL MOON…Pluto is the modern-day ruler of Scorpio and at this Full Moon, Pluto (in Aquarius) is actually Squaring this Scorpio Full Moon (the Moon and the Sun). I talked a lot about the Scorpio/Pluto energy and also the stressful and Friction energy of the square above…. So I will now talk about the Mars…..
MARS, CO-RULER OF SCORPIO…is in Aries and Mars rules Aries. Mars is known as the warrior, arguments, accidents, aggression etc. on the grayer side of the energies. On the higher side of Mars… it represents action, taking a step into the unknown (like a pioneer), our Courage, our Passion etc. When I see Mars in Aries, I know that there will be a lot of action around the goals that a person decides to move towards with all this energy. It will be their choice, as we have free will and free choice to decide for themselves if they want to head to the high side or the gray side of these energies.
These 2 rulers of Scorpio are actually in a more harmonious aspect with each other as Pluto in Aquarius and Mars in Aries are Sextile each other. However… Mars is also sitting with Saturn (which rules the government, corporate and our structures) adding even more to the energies and Pluto is actually squaring (stress and friction) this Scorpio Full Moon!! Stay out of the fear, and arguments and drama… and take the energies to the higher side! that can actually be a beautiful thing!
THE FIXED T-SQUARE WITH PLUTO SQUARING THIS SCORPIO FULL MOON! This is very important T-Square as Pluto is about transformation… transformation of your Soul and the Soul of Humanity and the Earth! I talked about the Fixed energy and what Square energy is all about above, so the Full Moon has the Moon in Scorpio and we talked about Scorpio energy above, but it also includes (on the gray side) using that intense power and manipulation of Scorpio to “sting” of try to control others. This would be with intuitive/psychic energy or with power energy. That would be the gray side and Pluto is in Aquarius….saying we need transformation in how we treat fellow humans… emotionally, nurturing, and caring for them. That is what the Moon would say. We need to put empathy, the caring and nurturing of others right out there. Then with the Sun in Ta**us… we have Ta**us saying I grow food for me and my family, and have a simple home an enjoy the Earth and music etc. and Pluto squaring is saying that is all good, but you need to stay out of the fear of not having enough and becoming a hermit and share your resources with all neighbors/humanity and all equally. Pluto in Aquarius is about community, the tribe, ALL humanity. We are all one race…. the Human race, and Pluto in Aquarius squaring this Scorpio Full Moon is transforming the way we interact with all Humanity.
THE MUTABLE T-SQUARE WITH URANUS SQUARING THE NORTH NODE AND THE SOUTH NODE. This is also a very powerful T-Square. The nodes of the Moon are so very important. The North Node is where all Humanity is heading over this approximately 2 year transit and the South Node is things that it is time to let go of and move forward in a more humanitarian way. The North Node is in Pisces... and Pisces is about our spirituality, intuitiveness, unconditional love and caring for each other. South Node is in Virgo which is practical, and strives for perfection in all it does. Sometimes it is the perfectionism that holds Virgo’s back. Nothing and no one is perfect and having the empathy and unconditional love for those that are not perfect (or things that are not perfect) can actually stifle one’s growth….so leaving those tendencies behind can help you and others to move forward. Both of the Nodes are being squared by Uranus (that just moved into Gemini on the 25th of April for 7 years). Uranus rules Aquarius which we have talked about above. Where Uranus is transiting and activating… things are going to change! Uranus is the constant of change… also it cares about all Humanity… we are all one race, the human race! Uranus also can do things suddenly and unusually and the changes can come fast and out of left field! Uranus (Aquarius) brings about the energy of future thinkers, thinking outside the box and the genius energy. Uranus squaring this Full Moon is sending a major activation to the North and South Nodes to really move into what they represent for all humanity, and do it now. On July 26th 2026, the North Node will move into Aquarius (more Aquarius – we the People) and the South Node will move into Leo… for a different focus on where Humanity is supposed to be moving towards.
It is powerful time to meditate, think outside the box, think of the future for all, and manifest. Manifest LOVE and PEACE for ALL!!
DURING THE DAYS OF THIS FULL SCORPIO MOON …..it is the perfect time to initiate ceremony! Scorpio likes ceremonies…. especially when guided by the ancients……by the elders…..by our Guidance. It is the sign of Natural Shamanism and Earth Spirituality. It is the sign of birth and death and communication with those beyond the veil. A lot of the very high side of “Magic” is available for concertizing your manifestations into reality…. and your ability to create the “new” ……your “new”….your tribes “new” and the World’s “new”. Meditate on these Scorpio Full Moon energies…..and above all…… Listen to your guidance and what they say……it is a powerful one!
Remember the energies of this Full Moon will last longer than the few days on each side of the Full Moon because of all the energies that surround this Scorpio Full Moon. However, remember we are being given everything we need to make the changes and transformations we need to make……for ourselves and all Humanity! We have been through a lot of transformative energies over the last several months……several “taps” on our shoulders…just to make sure we understand that lesson. Lots of chaos…. lots of changes……on a personal level, and a community/humanity/World level. The energies have been strongly asking us to let go of people, places and things that are no longer vibrating where we are……purging in all areas… but doing it in the kindest and caring way possible. This is not about being mean, out of bounds ego, controlling, or non-compassionate! It is about doing what you need to do for your own Soul growth and the Soul growth of all of humanity. We not only are seeing this within our own lives……but also with families, friends and relationships…..and also throughout the World and the Earth itself.
It is an important time to take care of ourselves with all this very uncomfortable, intense, and at times very Chaotic and Draining energy. Try to be active and do things that bring you Joy. Remember everyone is feeling these energies, and we are all in this together. Try to be thoughtful and kind to others. Being of service, having fun, and being active outside……..while being one with the Earth…..sit with the Earth….touch the Earth. These are wonderful ways to channel these energies. Again, be careful and cautious this month. Watch where you’re walking, how you’re driving, and what you say…….as the energies are quite active, chaotic, and strong. They can come on quite suddenly and become frustrating. Watch others and ovoid those that seem out of balance. As we continue to move forward…..these current intense energies will soften some as we begin to adjust to them……but continue to be extremely cautious….
Meditate and Listen to what you hear…what you are seeing, what you are feeling, and what you are “getting.” Manifest a beautiful reality and world. Manifest peace and Love. Meditate…be silent, focus and Listen!!!
