Hello All! Sunset Yoga 2021 begins tomorrow! In order to pay homage to India, homeland of yoga, and acknowledge the toll that COVID-19 is currently taking there, we will raise money this week to donate to the Indian Red Cross Society (https://indianredcross.org/ircs/COVID-19)

Beginning next week we will turn our attention and donations back towards local causes.

This year I am encouraging all BIPOC, trans, intersex, q***r, immigrant, disabled and otherwise oppressed people to attend free of charge.

If you are like me and you identify as a cisgender, white person who benefits from privilege and suffers from entitlement I suggest that you donate whatever you are able to support these oppressed communities.

When we come together to flow as one, it is healing for all. Let's do this!

It’s been a tense week here in Des Moines.
Last night on the Capitol grounds, where Matt Bruce was arrested just hours earlier, we did an intense yoga flow to this playlist. We raised money and we vibed out for him too. ✊🏾🎶✨
