Welcome to Silver Linings Counseling! I’m glad you’re here. My name is Emily Crabtree and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Des Moines area. I opened Silver Linings Counseling in 2021 in order to see a broader spectrum of clients. I work with most mental health disorders but tend to specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I am currently accepting clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield or private pay. And I am happy to serve anyone above the age of 16. The Silver Linings Counseling office is located in the heart of the Des Moines East Village.
