🤍Hydrate your body this week with my incorporation of magnesium lotion, which promotes restful sleep. Magnesium is known to aid in nerve and muscle function, and our skin absorbs it into the bloodstream. This is why I prefer using topical magnesium over supplemental forms for muscle soreness/tightness.

💙Blue lotus/moringa oil blend is applied to my jade stone eye mask, both are rich in antioxidants and antimicrobial properties. I also use this for scalp massage. The scent of blue lotus is said to promote relaxation and enhance your mood; it is known for being one of the most highest frequency plants on earth.✨️

💚Jade stones are incorporated in your massage, both hot and cold. Cold jade stones for the face help calm inflammation. Warm jade stones promote relaxation of muscles, allowing a more gentle yet beneficial deeper tissue massage.

❤️I also use silicone and acrylic cupping by request. If this treatment is indicated for you, it helps improve circulation, supports detoxification by stimulating your lymphatic system, allows relief by using a negative pressure for those areas that just won't "let go"...

Announcement: I will be slightly increasing my pricing starting after Mother's Day weekend: May 12th, 2025. This May marks 7 years that I have been at my Des Moines location! And 1 year at my Indianola location✨️🤍 I am very thankful to all my clients who keep me in business all these years.💙
New pricing per massage time as follows:
60 minute: $85
90 minute: $120
30 minute: $50
45 minute: $65
That being said, I'm leaving add ons (hot stones and cupping) free of charge, so their current pricing will remain the same. If you would like to purchase gift certificates before May 12th, I will honor the current price of $75 an hour.💜
