Cheers! I wanted to wish Sukha a Happy 13th Bday!! It's been a Great run and change always seems to be the constant. With change comes contemplation to release and grow. My daughter recently moved out of state to further her education and is now going to Medical School. Along with this huge shift in personal dynamics..... This year, I had to contemplate renewing the lease of the building that ended August 31st. Honestly, the last few years since Covid has been an ongoing process of evolving, growing and releasing. Without going into detail about what wasn't supporting us in staying and external factors that were out of our control, It came down to how can I sustain the quality and work that I love? How can I sustain a business with integrity and reciprocity What will support me physically, spiritually, emotionally and financially? So, I made the decision to move the business to my home here in Des Moines.

It has been a pleasure serving this community for the last 19 years that I've been an LMT and the last 12 years as a yoga teacher. Sukha on 7th for the last 13years was a dream come true! Sukha isn't going anywhere its just expanding and growing in a different direction. The phone number is still the same and is now back up and running. I've disabled the online booking system and the website for now. Lots of updating and changes coming. You can reach me directly through the business phone line.

It seems some shifting and flexing is in order : ) The Spiritual Beginnings Class has a NEW START DATE of 4/22, and a new time configuration. Instead of FOUR 2 hour classes, I am condensing it to TWO 4 hour classes. Condensing the number of days, but definitely not the scope of the content.

Class dates and times are:
Saturdays 4/22 and 5/6
10 am - 2:30 (small break to eat at noon)

That means there is still time to enroll if this change has made it a doable option for you.

Additionally, if you are able to join us, I am offering rawhide rattle making after each class for an additional $50. All materials included. We sew it up after first class, it dries for a few days, then bring it back to finish up the after second class. I will bring enough materials for everyone so you can decide the day of class if you like.
