We are passionate about helping families have THE best birthing experience possible. Our team of doulas are dedicated to make sure families know all of their choices and options to feel prepared and empowered during their birth journey.

⭐️ Our Mission: Our mission is to provide comprehensive, personalized, evidence-based, and collaborative care for you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience.

⭐️ We provide continuous hands-on labor support and guidance while working together with Labor Partner. We act as your Birth “Tour Guide” to assist with the physical and emotional needs of labor following your desired Birth Plan including, but not limited to: movement, positioning with birth and peanut balls, breathing and relaxation techniques, massage, and hydrotherapy. We set the atmosphere like a spa with candles, low lighting, music, and essential oils if desired.

A baby born on July 11 at 7:11 p.m., weighing exactly 7 lbs 11 oz, got a surprise college boost from 7-Eleven in celebration of “7/11 Day.” The convenience chain pledged $7,111 toward her future education, sent newborn essentials and a branded onesie, and even hooked her up with a free birthday Slurpee—calling it “a real blessing” to her mom .

This thoughtful gesture sparked plenty of buzz online—and some baby-faced skepticism too. Still, folks appreciated the brand’s creative nod to coincidence and the kindness behind the gift. It’s a quirky, feel-good moment tying together pop culture, nostalgia, and real-world generosity.

A doula (doo-luh) provides continuous hands-on labor support to mom and labor partner by creating the optimal environment for their birthing experience (low lights, candles, music, essential oils, visualization, touch, massage, birth affirmations, etc). We are NOT a nurse, midwife, doctor, or massage therapist, but we ARE trained, certified, skilled, and knowledgeable about childbirth education in labor, delivery, and comfort measures (we are oxytocin therapists!) 😍 We collaborate and work with incredibly passionate labor and delivery nurses. Doulas help with breathing techniques, movement, position, and massage. Did you know a doula is with the family the WHOLE time they labor? Whether it's 8 hours, 12, 24 or more...we are dedicated to helping that family and providing one on one support. We help educate families in their many choices in birth and also encourage/involve partner in comfort measure techniques throughout labor. 💟👶💙 It's a blessing to educate and develop relationships with families prior to labor and see everything come full circle as doula.
