My husband Jace was our sound practitioner for the inner child healing workshop! Brenda begins by taking us on a guided inner child meditation, and the bowls finish us out! It was such a great time. Everyone felt focused in meditation even with nature and the people around us in the park! It was beautiful to wake up to the nature mandala! 💗🎶🌹🙌🦋🌞

Art therapy during the inner child healing workshops was much needed. We did a guided inner child embodiment meditation right before this one, and I cried my eyes out because I was able to reparent myself and reassure myself there was no judgment or right way of doing things.

I have been going to inner child healing workshops for the last several months, and it has been such a great experience! I definitely recommend you let your inner child play and feel the love and freedom to be themselves! My face lit up and beamed with smiles all day that day!
