Have you heard of blood flow restriction therapy (BFR)?

BFR uses arterial occlusion (reduced blood flow) for short periods of time to provide a stressful environment to the muscle and stimulate growth. This allows you to get the similar results to traditional strength training while using a fraction of the weight!
