Did you workout today?

Started Week 2 of my 21 day program. Leg day… will be feeling it at work with all the stairs by afternoon… no regrets.

Grateful I can workout at home and having routines to help me get up before 5 to get this done. I call this 33 minutes of self-care.

I absolutely loved this miso soup during the 5-Day Reset.

It made lunch and dinner ridiculously easy for five days straight.

Low sodium, genuinely good vegetable broth, and so easy to customise.
I mixed up my protein with chicken or tofu so I wouldn’t get bored, but honestly, I could drink this broth daily.

Zero stress. Perfect for winter.

Have you ever tried creatine? If so, what did you notice?

I added creatine during a recent 5-day protein reset.
I won’t pretend I can isolate exactly what did what… but here’s what I do know.

The biggest shifts I noticed were:
• more steady energy
• better stamina in workouts
• less brain fog

I already used most of the other supplements in the reset.
Creatine was the only new addition.

So while protein absolutely mattered, creatine stood out enough that I paid attention.

After the 5-day trial, I ordered my first full month and I’m planning to make it a daily habit. Not because it’s trendy, but because it felt supportive and sustainable in real life.

If you’ve tried creatine, I’d genuinely love to hear your experience.
