Lauren Runquist has been a Certified Athletic Trainer for 6 years; she is passionate about helping people get out of pain and back to doing what they love. She has been dry needle certified for 3 years through Structure and Function; Foundations for Orthopedic Rehab and Sports Performance and Advanced for Orthopedic Rehab and Sports Performance. She has use this technique to target muscle tightness, improve mobility, and speed up recovery. Whether you’re an athlete or simply dealing with everyday aches and pains, her goal is to provide effective, hands-on care that helps you move and feel your best.
