Osteopathy is involves a process where the physician desires to relate with patient at the level of one of three demensions of time. The physical and psychological time all of us are familiar with. The physical is important in our schedules in life. Psychological dimension of time is made up of the past. The memories. Osteopathy seeks the third dimension of time which is referred to in the east as the great time or the real time. Mahakal (great time) satakal (real time). In this dimension of time is when the patient and physician transcend the material and venture towards the nonmaterial where the health resides.

The practice of osteopathy implies a simplicity that has its origins in an inner emptiness. It is empty of all beliefs and desires of wanting to be or becoming et cetera. Simultaneously at arm's length is the privilege of being able to use all of traditional medicine at your disposal when needed. This allows one tremendous freedom in service of our people (patients). The Osteopathic procedure is just a tool to coordinate that process. Osteopathy is a balance of the process involved and the tool used.
